Every quilt, dohar, bedsheet, and bedding set is carefully folded, secured, and packed using premium-quality packaging materials to ensure protection during transit. Our packaging is designed to keep products safe throughout the shipping journey.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. The Dhaaga Story will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses or contact details.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please record a clear unboxing video and contact us immediately. This helps us review and resolve the issue quickly.

International shipping availability depends on location. Additional customs, duties, taxes, or import charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
